Roskilde University is pleased to announce that Eskild Petersen, specialist in infectious diseases and Doctor of Medical Science, has been appointed Adjunct tt备用网址 at Roskilde University for the period 1 February 2025, to 31 May 2029. With this appointment, he becomes an even more integral member of the Roskilde University-based PandemiX Center of Excellence.
Dr. Eskild Petersen is a globally recognized expert in infectious diseases and tt备用网址 Emeritus at Aarhus University’s Institute for Clinical Medicine. He has made significant contributions to global health, particularly in the areas of emerging infections, antimicrobial resistance, and travel medicine.
Eskild spent several years at Statens Serum Institut (SSI), making it especially meaningful that his inaugural lecture will take place there.
